Fulfilment of orders:
Orders will be despatched as soon as possible following receipt.
Despatch times will vary slightly depending upon the amount of photography currently being undertaken but, even at the busiest times of the season, these will not exceed 3 weeks for the UK and 5 weeks for overseas.
Although the quickest method of ordering is our ‘on line’ service through ‘Pay Pal’, customers may prefer to order by e-mail or the postal service.
Orders placed ‘off line’ will be despatched as soon as cheques or credit card details have cleared at our bank.

We will answer all enquiries personally and as soon as possible.
This includes telephone calls, where you will not be played music or asked to select any number of different options.
You may be asked to leave a message but this is only because of the difficulty in holding a telephone and a camera at the same time!
